As part of Lewis Clark Credit Union’s commitment to providing superior service to our members, we are making enhancements to our credit card program. All current cardholders received a new VISA® credit card.

Digital Wallets Are Here:

Digital Wallets are now available for our Visa Debit & Credit cards. Add your card to your compatible smart phone device: Apply Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay.

Digital Wallets offer a convenient way to make contactless payments at participating grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies, retail locations and more!

In an effort to continuously improve the products and services we offer to our members, the Credit Union is excited to enhance our current credit card program to bring you more benefits, including improved access via the mobile app and increased card control, which will enable you to put a block on your card if lost.

LCCU will mail out new VISA® credit cards on, or about, the last week of June. If you do not receive a new credit card by Friday, July 10th, please call 208-746-7233 or your local branch.

No, the new VISA® credit card will have a new branded look!

Yes, since the credit union is issuing new VISA® credit cards, all credit card numbers will change.

No, if you currently have a VISA® credit card with LCCU, you will automatically receive a new VISA® credit card during the reissue period.

On or after July 12th, activate your new VISA® credit card by calling the number found on the sticker on the front of your new credit card. The new credit card will not work prior to the July 12th activation date.

There is no fee associated with getting your new credit card.

No, your current VISA® credit card rate and terms will remain the same.

No, you will need to establish alerts for your new VISA® credit card.

You may continue using your VISA® credit card until July 11th. After that date, all activity will be discontinued on the old card, and you will need to begin using your new VISA® credit card, on or after July 12th. Once you have successfully activated your new credit card on July 12th, destroy the old credit card by cutting it up.

Yes, you will need to contact all merchants with which you have automatic charges to your current card and provide them with the new card number and expiration date.
(Ex. Netflix, insurance companies, Amazon, Apple, utilities)

No, the new Card Support and Lost or Stolen Card number will be 866-591-6787.

Yes, the new address for payments is P.O. Box 60510, City of Industry, CA  91716-0510.
