RATES: Your VISA® credit card rates & terms for will remain the same; but, you now have access to a limited time offer. Take advantage of 1.99% APR balance transfers for 12 months!
RECURRING CHARGES: Upon receiving your new card, remember to update your payment address and card number for any recurring payments currently charged to your credit card.
ALERTS: Existing credit card alerts will not be converted. Upon receiving the new card, you will need to re-establish alerts for your new card.
ACCESS: Online access to your credit card account will no longer be through eZCard. Be sure to download any prior statements or account information you may need for your records. You will have anytime access to your credit card account data through online banking and the mobile app.
Unrecognized Charge on Your Account?
It’s much easier to communicate directly with the merchant where the charge originated from about the unexplained transaction. Most of the time they are able to offer a credit/refund.
It’s also important to note, that not every transaction you don’t recognize means your identity has been stolen. Kids often make purchases online without their parents’ knowledge and many people don’t remember to cancel subscriptions after a free trial ends.
However, if fraud is suspected on your debit or credit card, it is important to contact us immediately to help resolve the issue quickly.
